Marvelous is recruiting for a foundational role at a first-generation industrial DeepTech fund. "We are not filling a seat. We are looking for the person who will help define what Marvelous becomes."
The fund invests in pre-seed and seed-stage companies across three verticals: Food, Agriculture & Land Use; Heavy Industry; and Built Environment (Advanced Materials & Molecules, Waste Valorisation, Robotics).
Core Responsibilities
- Independent sourcing and proprietary deal flow generation
- Leading structured due diligence and investment committee processes
- Developing sector expertise in advanced materials, waste valorisation, and robotics
- Supporting portfolio companies with strategic guidance
- Contributing to LP relations and fund development
Requirements
- 4–7 years investing experience
- Intellectual engagement with physical-world technology
- DeepTech experience preferred
- Strong European network
- Excellent communication in English and ideally German
- EU/UK work authorization required
- Based in Berlin, London, or willing to relocate
