Overview
Future Planet Capital Ventures is partnering with Tokamak Energy, a fusion energy company, to support capital raising and strategic investor engagement activities. The role offers exposure to deep-tech investing with responsibilities spanning investor relations, financial analysis, and transaction support.
Key Responsibilities
The position focuses on executing fundraising strategy through investor pipeline development, preparing transaction materials, building financial models, and providing market analysis. Specific duties include:
- Identifying and engaging prospective investors across institutional and venture segments
- Managing due diligence workflows
- Developing investor presentations
- Conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Evaluating strategic opportunities
- Representing the organization at industry events
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or comparable experience
- Financial modeling expertise
- Transaction experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in deep-tech, energy, or climate sectors is preferred
- FCA regulatory or compliance exposure is beneficial
