Key Responsibilities
Deal Analysis — Conduct due diligence on early-stage crypto projects; assess teams, markets, products, business models, and tokenomics; create investment memos and competitive analyses; develop perspectives on emerging verticals.
Deal Sourcing — Generate deal flow through outreach and community engagement; build founder and investor relationships; screen inbound opportunities; represent the firm at events.
Portfolio Management — Monitor portfolio progress; prepare performance reports; support companies with research and introductions.
Research & Thought Leadership — Track sector trends; publish insights; represent the firm publicly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred)
- Generalist orientation with technical capability
- Prior investment experience required
- Curiosity about crypto opportunities
- Strong research and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality
