The Role
HashKey Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate for Fund Operations to support hedge fund accounting, onboarding, and finance operations with emphasis on Liquid Hedge Fund strategies.
Responsibilities
- Counterparty onboarding for banks and crypto exchanges
- Fund structuring support for offshore entities
- Daily trade reconciliations
- Fund administration
- Treasury monitoring across exchanges and wallets
- Crypto record-keeping
- VC support tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance
- 2–3 years buy-side hedge fund operations experience
- Institutional onboarding expertise (KYC / AML)
- Understanding of fund structures (Cayman Islands entities)
- Strong personal interest in Crypto / Web3
