IndusBridge Ventures seeks a qualified Associate for its investment team focusing on aerospace, defense, and dual-use technologies. The role encompasses deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio company support across the investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal execution from evaluation through closing
- Build sector expertise across aerospace, defense, and dual-use tech
- Source opportunities within India and global A&D ecosystems
- Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives
- Conduct research on market trends and policy developments
- Manage multiple workstreams independently
Requirements
- 4–6+ years PE/VC experience with exposure to aerospace, defense, robotics, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, comparable company analysis)
- Venture investing fundamentals
- Independent assessment capability
- Excellent communication
- Project management proficiency
- Familiarity with productivity and sourcing tools
