The Role
The role supports the CFO with finance and operations tasks. You'll get insight into the back office of a VC fund and flexible working arrangements in Berlin's Mitte district.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating external service providers
- Managing expense reports
- Database maintenance for portfolio and investor data
- Preparing LP reports and financial analyses
- Identifying process automation opportunities
Qualifications
- Practical finance / operations experience
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
- Proactive problem-solving
- Bilingual German / English
- Interest in process automation

Submit a cover letter answering two of three reflection questions, followed by a video submission, a 30-minute video interview with the CFO, and a 60-minute in-person interview.
