The Role
The role sits at the intersection of finance, legal, and compliance at Titan Capital, a venture capital fund.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations: Own end-to-end Fund operations / other financial operations including accounting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting; prepare periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (SEBI, Exchange Control, Income-tax); lead internal/external audits; strengthen internal controls; and track regulatory changes.
Legal & Compliance: Review contracts and agreements; work with legal counsel on compliance and risk matters; support company law requirements; ensure proper portfolio documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with CFO and leadership on financial insights; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 5–8 years relevant experience (preferably VC/PE, Big4, or high-growth)
- Understanding of AIF structures
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, regulatory frameworks
- Working knowledge of legal documentation
- High ownership and analytical capability
