Role Description
Spotting the people who'll build the next wave of companies — before it's obvious. Embedded in founder sourcing, evaluation, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify founders for investment pipeline
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Reddit, and startup communities
- Build genuine relationships with founders
- Screen applications and lead initial founder conversations
- Support portfolio hiring for early-stage companies
- Build AI-powered tools and automations for sourcing and screening
- Track pipeline metrics (volume, conversion, response rates)
Candidate Profile
- Natural connector with strong people skills
- Ability to identify talent quickly
- Genuine interest in AI and automation tools (Make.com, Airtable, n8n)
- Available for summer in Vilnius office
- Bonus: startup / accelerator / VC experience
