Minfon Group is launching an AI-focused early-stage venture fund and seeks an experienced Venture Partner to support fundraising efforts, LP relationships, and co-led investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in fund fundraising, including LP outreach and capital commitments
- Leverage investor networks (family offices, institutional LPs, fund-of-funds)
- Identify strategic co-investment partners
- Represent the fund at industry events and LP meetings
- Support portfolio companies with fundraising strategy
- Collaborate on deal sourcing and diligence
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, fund management, private equity, or related fields
- Demonstrated fundraising success
- Strong LP and investor network
- Understanding of VC ecosystem
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior GP / VC partner experience
- Founder or early-stage advisor background
- Global / multi-market investor networks
- Fund structuring and capital formation experience
Work Arrangement & Compensation
Part-time, advisory, or full-time depending on fit. Competitive carry / equity structure, potential GP commitment participation, performance-based incentives.
