The Role
This role serves as the operational backbone of our venture investing practice, working alongside the Partner at Clocktower Ventures — Clocktower Group's fintech-focused venture capital practice.
Time Allocation
- Strategic partnership (30%): Partner collaboration and calendar management
- Project / information management (30%): Coordinating deliverables and systems
- Materials & meeting prep (20%): Investment memos, pitch decks, LP updates
- Investor / client engagement (10%): LP relations and onboarding
- Firmwide collaboration (10%): Cross-team support
Ideal Candidate
Demonstrates organization, intellectual curiosity, strong communication, tech fluency, and relevant background from startups, venture, consulting, or similar environments. Targeting 3–6+ years post-undergrad experience.
Compensation
$110,000–$160,000 base, depending on experience, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and carried interest.
