Overview
This two-year development program offers rotational experience across two areas within Allstate Investments:
- Strategic Ventures (Year 1): Support corporate venturing activities through startup research, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio company monitoring
- Opportunistic Investments (Year 1): Assist with debt and equity investments in illiquid securities, fund investments, and portfolio assessment
Strong performers have been offered the opportunity to transition to a career-track opportunity.
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Investment banking or private equity experience preferred
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — based at Allstate's Chicago Riverpoint office.
