The Role
The Senior Manager, Venture Support is responsible for financial modeling, valuation analysis, cash flow forecasting, and corporate development support for McKinstry's Dawson Ventures Platform. This is a fund-operations / platform role supporting early-stage portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Build three-statement and DCF models
- Own cash flow forecasting for ventures
- Lead M&A coordination activities
- Conduct operational assessments across portfolio
- Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reporting
Requirements
- 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to support M&A processes
