About

At Bumble, we believe love and connection come in many forms and are the foundation of a happy, healthy life. Bumble is a connections app built by women, for everyone. Founded in 2014 by Whitney Wolfe Herd, the goal was to challenge and change the rules of dating, so that women make the first move and every connection is grounded in respect. Today, people use Bumble to connect with confidence in love, life, and work.

Our platform has grown to include Bumble Date for dating, BFF for friendship, and Badoo as part of our family of communities. Bumble Inc. is the parent company behind these apps, and we continue to expand with a culture that prizes inclusion, collaboration, kindness, and curiosity. We publish updates, host events, and invite feedback through member communities so that our product evolves with input from the people who use it. We are committed to safe and supportive experiences and invest in our people through benefits like Maven Fertility, comprehensive life insurance, and a learning and development budget that helps teammates grow.

Waabi

In 2021, AI visionary Raquel Urtasun founded Waabi with an unwavering belief that Physical AI could revolutionize how humanity moves and connects. From the opening spark, Waabi has pursued a simulation-first approach to autonomous trucking, building an end-to-end AI platform that can reason, adapt, and scale across real-world environments. The company developed Waabi World, a high-fidelity simulator; the Waabi Driver, an AI-powered stack designed to learn from simulated and real-world data; and a Direct-to-Customer trucking model that integrates with current logistics networks. Waabi has established partnerships with Volvo Autonomous Solutions and Uber, and it has attracted investors including NVIDIA, Porsche, and BlackRock, underscoring the belief that a single, shared AI brain can power both autonomous trucks and robotaxis. The Toronto-based company emphasizes safety, interpretability, and verifiability, aiming to accelerate deployment on public roads while reducing the cost and risk of traditional road testing. Today, Waabi continues to expand its global footprint with offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, and it remains at the forefront of Physical AI by advancing Waabi World and the Waabi Driver. The company has publicly discussed a major funding round and strategic collaborations that position Waabi to scale across industries and geographies, deploying autonomous transportation solutions with safety and efficiency at the core. The Waabi story is about turning a bold Canadian AI dream into a worldwide platform for autonomous mobility, backed by leading technology partners and a growing ecosystem of investors and customers.

SKIMS

For too long, the intimates industry has forced women to choose between comfort and confidence - shapewear that pinches and constricts, underwear that doesn't fit real bodies, and sizing that excludes more people than it serves. SKIMS exists to fundamentally change this reality. The company creates technically constructed solutions that enhance natural curves without sacrificing comfort or inclusivity. Their underwear stretches to twice its size, their shapewear provides targeted sculpting in a range of support levels, and their product line spans from XXS to 5X with dozens of shades representing diverse skin tones. Because feeling good in what you wear under your clothes shouldn't mean compromising on fit, fabric, or self-expression. Co-founded by Kim Kardashian, Emma Grede, and Jens Grede in 2019, SKIMS has rapidly grown into a $5 billion brand by obsessing over product innovation and customer needs. The company's mission-driven approach combines technical construction with fashion-forward design, creating a new category of solutions-oriented intimates that advance the entire industry forward. By expanding into loungewear, sleepwear, and activewear partnerships with Nike and The North Face, SKIMS continues to prove that body positivity and inclusive sizing aren't niche values - they're the future of fashion. Every product is engineered to solve real problems for real bodies, setting new standards for what undergarments can and should be.

Thinking Machines

In 2025, former OpenAI CTO Mira Murati led a team of scientists and engineers to launch Thinking Machines Lab, born from a critical realization about the AI landscape: while AI capabilities had advanced dramatically, the scientific community's understanding of these frontier systems was lagging behind. Knowledge of how these systems are trained remained concentrated within top research labs, limiting both public discourse and people's ability to use AI effectively. Despite enormous potential, these systems remained difficult for users to customize to their specific needs and values. The founders set out to bridge these gaps by building an organization dedicated to making AI systems more widely understood, customizable, and generally capable. With a team that had created some of the most widely used AI products including ChatGPT, Character.ai, and foundational open source projects like PyTorch, Thinking Machines Lab embraced open science through publications and code releases. They focused on human-AI collaboration rather than full autonomy, building multimodal systems that could adapt to the full spectrum of human expertise and enable a broader range of applications.

Wabi

Wabi is the first personal software platform, transforming how people interact with technology through AI-powered mini apps. With $20 million in pre-seed funding, the company has quickly established itself as a pioneer in the User-Generated Software (UGS) movement, enabling anyone to create, share, and remix personalized applications without writing code. Founded by Eugenia Kuyda, former CEO of Replika, Wabi is building what investors call the "YouTube of apps" - a social platform where millions of creators can build and distribute software tailored to individual needs, tastes, and contexts. The platform represents a fundamental shift from one-size-fits-all applications to truly personal software experiences. Rather than searching for apps that approximately match their needs, users describe their exact requirements in natural language, and Wabi generates custom mini apps optimized for their specific routines, preferences, and life situations. Operating with a lean team of 2-10 employees, Wabi is positioned at the forefront of AI-driven creativity, turning every user into a potential software developer and ushering in a new era where software is made for all of us, by all of us.

23andMe

We're a genetics and health company dedicated to making DNA information accessible, understandable and actionable for everyday life. Founded in 2006 by Anne Wojcicki and Linda Avey, we built a direct-to-consumer platform that blends ancestry insights with health-related genetic reports. Our Health + Ancestry Service offers 150+ reports covering ancestry, health predispositions, carrier status and traits, and we continue to expand with new features and reports. We've sold more than 12 million kits and have been recognized by Time Magazine and other outlets for shaping the consumer genetics space. You're in control of your DNA and your data. Privacy by design is embedded in our approach, with clear consent choices and robust protections. We partner with researchers and institutions to crowdsource data in a de-identified form to fuel discoveries while maintaining privacy. Reports and health claims follow regulatory standards, and while these tools provide insights, they are not a clinical diagnosis. We remain committed to transparent communication, ongoing improvement, and accessible genetic information that helps people understand themselves and their health while protecting their privacy. We also emphasize that our Health reports meet FDA requirements where applicable, and we continue to work with regulators to ensure safety and accuracy.
