Role Responsibilities
- Lead prospecting and qualification
- Outbound sales via phone and email
- Scheduling and conducting intro / demo meetings
- CRM pipeline management
- Contributing to GTM strategy and messaging refinement
- Market screening and benchmarking
- PowerPoint presentations and basic Excel modeling
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS)
- Structured approach with results focus
- Fluent Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
- Outreach, CRM, and customer dialogue experience
- Ownership mentality and high-pace comfort
