Role Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting and qualification
  • Outbound sales via phone and email
  • Scheduling and conducting intro / demo meetings
  • CRM pipeline management
  • Contributing to GTM strategy and messaging refinement
  • Market screening and benchmarking
  • PowerPoint presentations and basic Excel modeling

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS)
  • Structured approach with results focus
  • Fluent Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
  • Outreach, CRM, and customer dialogue experience
  • Ownership mentality and high-pace comfort
