Key Responsibilities
Investment Strategy: Develop business cases for technology investments, build networks in areas like autoimmune and oncology, conduct due diligence.
Portfolio Management: Support governance and day-to-day management, performance management, and strategic decisions of the portfolio companies; monitor progress and prepare venture milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MD strongly preferred) in life sciences
- Board experience as director or observer
- Track record of successfully leading long-term projects
- Early technology evaluation experience
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurship skills
- Ability to bridge startup and corporate environments
- Problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years Venture Capital experience
Compensation
$214,240 – $321,360 (with potential bonus/commission).
