TinySeed operates as a startup accelerator and venture capital firm serving SaaS founders. The company manages three brands: TinySeed accelerator program, MicroConf community for bootstrapped founders, and SaaS Institute premium coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop marketing strategy across all three brands, translate business goals into initiatives with KPIs, and continuously optimize based on performance.
Marketing Execution: Use email, landing pages, and other direct-response tactics to sell our digital products including the accelerator, coaching community, events, and courses. Create high-impact content and oversee email, social, SEO/SEM campaigns.
Brand & Relationships: Elevate brand positioning in venture capital and entrepreneurship while maintaining consistency across channels and building stakeholder relationships.
Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on data, and stay current on marketing trends.
90-Day Plan
- Days 1–30: Audit current marketing efforts
- Days 30–60: Present prioritized 12-month plan with KPIs
- Days 60–90: Execute high-priority initiatives with measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years owning both strategy and execution in marketing
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with ambiguity
- Persuasive copywriting skills; ability to identify and eliminate AI-generated tone
- Proficiency with no-code tools (GSuite, Zapier, Airtable, Notion)
- Fluent use of AI for strategic planning, data analysis, and complex problem-solving
- SaaS / bootstrapped startup knowledge preferred
- Based in U.S., Canada, Latin America, or Western Europe with five-hour Pacific Time overlap
